My goal is for my customers to be completely satisfied with my work.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with my work, please contact
me to discuss this matter and let me know what you are unhappy with. 

If the problem can be adjusted by editing the photo, I will do so and
reorder your prints.

If you are unhappy with something that cannot be fixed by editing or
reordering the images, I will happily offer you a retake session.
